Tulina Health is developing a future weight management and obesity service for adults who want compassionate, evidence-informed support with weight, physical health, lifestyle change and the wider factors that can affect eating patterns, motivation, confidence and long-term health.
This service is not currently open for clinical bookings. You can register your interest to be notified when future services become available, subject to appropriate clinical governance, regulatory arrangements and safe service readiness.
Weight and obesity are influenced by many overlapping factors, including physical health, medication, hormones, sleep, stress, trauma, mental health, executive functioning, appetite regulation, environment and access to support. Tulina Health is developing a future service that recognises this complexity and avoids blame, shame or one-size-fits-all advice.
The future service will aim to combine clinical understanding, behaviour change education, health monitoring and practical support, with particular attention to people who may also experience ADHD, autism, anxiety, low mood, emotional dysregulation, menopause-related changes or long-standing difficulties with health behaviour change.
Future support for adults seeking structured, clinically informed weight management guidance, subject to governance and service readiness.
Future obesity support that recognises obesity as a complex health condition influenced by biological, psychological, social and environmental factors.
Education and future support focused on habits, routine, motivation, confidence and realistic change over time.
Future education and support exploring the links between ADHD traits and weight-related challenges.
Future support exploring weight, hormones, menopause, emotional health and neurodevelopmental needs across the lifespan.
Future physical health monitoring linked to safe weight management, cardiometabolic risk and long-term health.
Before a full clinical service launches, Tulina Health may offer education, resources, webinars and register-interest updates relating to weight, obesity, ADHD, menopause, emotional regulation, lifestyle and physical health. These educational offers should be clearly separated from future clinical treatment services.
