Frequently Asked Questions

Services Hub FAQs

What is Tulina Living Well with Neurodiversity?
It is a structured education and self-management programme that helps adults understand neurodiversity, build confidence and develop practical strategies for everyday life, work, study, relationships and wellbeing. Individual access and commissioned delivery options will be introduced in phases.
Who can use the Living Well programme?
The programme is being designed for adults with ADHD, autism or a combined profile, people waiting for assessment, and family members or partners. Separate versions can be commissioned for workplaces, universities and professional services.
Does the Living Well programme provide diagnosis, medication or therapy?
No. The programme is not a diagnostic assessment, medication service, crisis service or replacement for psychological or medical treatment. It provides structured education, practical self-management tools and onward signposting.
Are ADHD and autism assessments available?
Tulina Health offers private adult ADHD diagnostic assessments and accepts enquiries about adult autism assessments. Current assessment services do not include medication or ongoing treatment.
Can Tulina Health prescribe ADHD medication?
Not yet. Medication initiation, titration and ongoing treatment will open only after the required CQC registration and service-readiness requirements are complete.
Can GPs, NHS services or employers refer or commission a service?
Yes. Professionals and organisations can enquire about referred places, cohort delivery, workforce programmes, training, consultancy and service-development support.
Are services for children and young people available?
Not at present. Tulina Health's initial clinical pathways are for adults aged 18 and over. Children and young people's pathways may be developed separately with specialist multidisciplinary staffing and child-specific governance.
