Why Physical Health Matters

A Future Service Built Around the Whole Person

Physical health is closely connected to mental health, neurodevelopmental needs, medication safety, daily functioning and long-term quality of life. Many people need accessible support to understand their health risks, monitor key physical health indicators and make realistic changes over time.

Tulina Health is developing future services that may bring together physical health monitoring, health education, lifestyle support and safe signposting, particularly for adults who also experience ADHD, autism, anxiety, low mood, menopause-related changes, weight concerns or complex health and social factors.
