Submit Your Complaint
Complete our complaints form below or email complaints@tulinahealth.co.uk. Please include as much detail as possible.

Formal Acknowledgement
We will send you a formal written acknowledgement confirming receipt and the name of the person handling your complaint.
Within 3 Working Days

Investigation
Your complaint will be thoroughly and impartially investigated. We may contact you for further information during this time.
Within 20 Working Days

Written Response
You will receive a full written response outlining our findings, any actions taken and information on how to escalate if you remain unsatisfied.

All complaints are investigated impartially and thoroughly. Where appropriate, an independent reviewer may be involved.

Not Satisfied?

How to Escalate

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to escalate your complaint to an independent body.

Parliamentary & Health Service Ombudsman

If you remain dissatisfied following our final response, you may refer your complaint to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO). The PHSO is independent of the NHS and government and provides a free service.
