Tulina Living Well with Neurodiversity is a structured support programme designed to help people better understand their neurodevelopmental profile and build practical strategies for everyday life.
The programme is suitable for adults with ADHD, autism or a combined ADHD and autism profile, people waiting for assessment, people who are newly diagnosed, family members, carers and organisations supporting neurodivergent adults.
The programme combines clear psychoeducation, practical tools and neuroaffirming strategies to support self-understanding, confidence, daily functioning, communication, work, study and emotional health.
